Kim Williams got it right with his “Summer Suns” project.  Combining his Db’s/Stamey influences with Dom Mariani (stems) and Guy Chambers the results speak for themselves. The classic three minute double A side debut pop single .  With an ever-rotating line-up over the best part of a decade, later summer suns bills would be symbolized by “that girl left of centre”  and the odd time a bandana-clad Williams put himself in the spotlight. (Joe – and no….. I never went to “that” Seaview gig!).
