Let it Speed

The Rainyard were a great jangle pop band which had already released an 8 track cassette (Ice Cream Overdrive) plus a couple of great cassingles on Candlestick Label (run by Rainyard and former Palisade Jeff Baker) before being picked up by Kim William’s House Wax Records in 1991 for their excellent “Let it Speed” EPCD.  The bill is from around that time.  I have no idea why the “handsaw” image was used  however it’s worth noting the support act Fuzzswirl who went onto later become Ammonia.

I thought you’d know?
